Re: Request No. ******** Relocation of Distribution Facilities, Overhead Facilities***On January ** ****, we wrote to Engr. Ryan C. Tinam-isan about our discovery of a Meralco pole erected on our property along Rincon Rd. Brgy. Rincon, Valenzuela City. It bears to stress that we never received any notice nor request regarding the erection of a pole*post on our private property.**After several phone call and email follow ups, we were referred to Engr. Mark Alvin D. Waje on March ****.**After several follow ups, on May ****, we received a letter on relocation charge in the amount of Php ***,***.**. We vehemently protested. Engr. Waje adviced us to express our objection through email.**Since then, despite all our efforts to call and email for follow up, the pole has not been removed.**We would like to emphasize that there is another pole*post beside this Meralco pole*post which was installed by the high speed fiber company Converge. We have pictures which we emailed to Engr. Waje showing that Converge already removed their pole. It only took us one email and few phone calls. They never dared sending us any quotation for charges for its removal*relocation.**We would like to reiterate in this letter that your pole*post is causing us great inconvenience since we have an on-going construction wherein big trucks and heavy equipments are accessing the pathway your post is erected on. Our crew need to slow down and take extra precaution each day, not to damage your pole*post, and this extra effort has been incurring extra cost and delay on our project for more than * months now.**We urge your company to act on this matter without further delay and please do not further attempt to reiterate on the charges which obviously should be on your shoulder.**Please be advised that this shall serve as our first and final hard copy demand letter on this matter.
