I have unpaid bills for the month of September, October, and November. I went to Western Union to pay September and October billing, but the staff used the total amount due on October billing statement with the amount more than what is stated on the latest billing statement of November. I went back to them bringing the November billing statement to make an adjustment on my payment, but they said I should go to Meralco Office personally to make an adjustment on my payment. They reminded me that the amount cannot be refunded but will be deducted on my December billing statement. Do I need to come in Meralco office to report changes on my payment, or the Meralco will automatically deduct that amount on my next bill?
