I received a rebate from menards for **%, because of COVID I am not coming into a store, I called in July and asked about the rebate because I was worried about it expiring *******, they said it wouldn't be a problem, I now go to use it and it won't let me use it. This is discouraging since we bought what we did because of the rebate. It has been almost near impossible getting anywhere with this today since you really don't have a customer service number it seems everything is outsourced. Please someone call me ***-***-****
