Receive proper assistance ... I went into the ** mile ,Shelby Township Menards and was greatly dissapointed.**. I placed an online order and never received a confirmation that the order was processed,or at the store.**. When I waited * week for any correspondence from the online site nor the store, I went to the store and wanted to use an amigo but NONE of the * amigos were charged or plugged in.**. I approached the front courtesy desk and explained that I was there for an online pickup order and the young lady (******** @*:**p.m.) rudely instructed me to go to the *back, I explained about the amigo situation to her and she had a blank stare. She did not offer that I could drive around to the back for pickup instead of me having to walk back there and then all the way up front.*What a disappointment! Where's the customer service?*I think you, Menards, need staff training. *Let me know I can assist.
