I was at your new Brooklyn store in Ohio on *******. Your store is nice but when i went to check out it was just horrible and degrating. I applied for a Menards card and haven't recieved it yet. I was told all i had to do was present my id and ss *, I did that but declined several times. The lady who rung is out was very nice. I asked to speak to a supervisor. This is where it got ugly. He was rude from the beginning. They suspended the trans action when he rung it in he couldn't find it. He called someone else over and she had to do it. Well after me being on the phone with YOUR Capital One credit card they told me it was on your computer,all info matched. David the supervisor was very nasty and told me to go talk to Sara. At this time she was told to call security on my daughter who was aggrivated with this whole situation. *st of all she purchased things and were in my cart which were paid for. David asked her to remove all items. She told him no cause we were gona purchase them. He removed without any remorse. He said to the *st cashier did that lady pay for the other stuff in cart . My daughter did yell. I didnt steal the stuff and put them in a return cart,slammed them in it. I finally got off the phone with Capital One who said it will work. David had to take care of us,who know why. Guess what it didnt go through again. I decided to just leave cause I was so embarrassed. I have a **** credit limit. That manager David, should NOT be in that position if he cant handle a situation like that. And to accuse someone of stealing when all he had to do is look at the transaction he suspened * times. I know your a big corporation and were just the little people but how we were treated was unexceptible. I did go purchase my ***$ purchase at another store. I contract the store where it happened at Julain was not in i talked to Chris.He said he was sorry what happened and he would take to David and I should come back to the store and he would help me. I said i made another purchase at another store. I told him i was embarrass and with the whole situation and the way he talked to my daughter about the water situation in front of other customers was way out of control ,I am very strongly about not returning to your store .
