I ordered an item online I did not receive it it said had been shipped to my home no proof of delivery I was not home the day it was delivered in time I was at work I called the store they sent it was shipped to a different store I called that store they said it was shipped to my home I've been sending numerous e-mails back and forth endless not getting anywhere and still haven't had my product and spend a week or more since they said it was delivered very unhappy and unsatisfied I keep getting the runaround the only person I speak to online as someone named Jeff and at this point I'm frustrated and would rather just be reimbursed I asked him to reship the item and do proof of delivery to where the UPS driver would require a signature they didn't do that so I'm just really frustrated and just want my money back I'm very unsatisfied thank
