On * * ** I purchased * new grills and various accessories. Went back the next day to purchase * grill covers and more accessories. Spent over *** dollars. I am also a steady customer over the last * months as I am insulating and putting up particle board.* Over the weekend, I opened one of the grills for assembly. The front frame of grill was crushed. I returned that grill for an even exchange. The second grill was also damaged the handle was broken. When trying to exchange again, manager asked if replacement parts from first * grills ok. I said no, I paid for new, I want new. The manager stated I was being unreasonable. I said my time for being reasonable is over. I expect a call this afternoon or I will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the local tv station action ** as they love handling this kind of event. You people would not even answer your help line when I called. Home Depot????
