My name is Nicholas boice I went to the Menards location in Lancaster Ohio the same Menards location that my merchandise was purchased at for a Christmas present from my mother I was told all I needed was and ID and I could get my in-store credit I didnt have my ID on me so the following night I came back into Lancaster with my ID gave the stuff to the customer service they gave me a different type of receipt told me to send an email address receipt inquires at and told me to email the address and it would be taken care of I was trying to figure out how to go about it or maybe if I could just get my stuff back the people working there we're extremely rude she said due to theft this is the way to go about it now made it seem like she thought i or my girlfriend had stolen it but possibly my mother and was extremely unprofessional they would not give me my merchandise back and they told me the only way I could go about it was waiting on a reply well I called back into the store today to try to talk to somebody in charge I spoke with the gentleman named Nick I asked him for his last name he said something hung up on me before hanging up on me I told him that I was treated poorly last night and then I wasn't satisfied with with the way I was treated he told me that my satisfaction had nothing to do with it but I personally remember seeing on the doors last night ***% customer satisfaction guaranteed in fact it said Menards had the highest customer satisfaction score you can have I told him that they made me feel uncomfortable like I stole something I was doing something wrong when I told him that he said I'm sorry for your guilty conscience it was extremely rude no this is the third person that's treated me disrespectfully and more as a criminal then a paying customer if someone could contact me at *** *** **** the people that I spoke to was Nick that was today about **:** p.m. and last night I spoke with the man that was supposed to be in charge Allen and some woman she have a name tag on I want to see her name was Lisa but when I asked Nick if I can speak to someone in charge he said that he was in charge and that there's nobody over him I asked him for the corporates number then you hung up on me I work for Kieffer Construction Mid Ohio Utilities and do snow removal in the winters which all three companies spend their money and that stores location if someone could o contact me to be greatly appreciated have a nice day thank you for your time * Nick Boice
