First I would like to say how your store in Elkhorn Neb. Is wonderful was in the store daily or if not ever other day for at least ** years.,then before average guy on weekend's. I moved up to Webster SD.,just short time ago. Starting using the Aberdeen store. Now the negative I can. not believe it's the same company. I have been lied to at least two times from employees . One witch said he was the whole store manager after being lied to from him in flooring. Plus had someone with me I have been doing work for. We had a problem with false advertisement and then been lied to in front of all on flooring, the the first employee with all of us looking at it,witch wasn't the store manager as he said. We finally got to talk to the real store manager that day and was more then helpful about the product and the warranty and about the employee in the flooring situation. He said and acted like a real store manager and more to us. The nicest and most personal as you could be! I wish that I remembered his name. It was is about to weeks ago during the day. I'm sure the regional manager could figure out who he was. Then I called ahead to the same Aberdeen S.D. store and made sure they had the last light for sure as said on line you had that was a floor model. I'm not joking this guy said he was the manager in lighting but didn't know witch fan I was talking about? You guys only have to ceiling lights that are caged in. With lights? Drove all the ** miles because for nothing. He said that the corporate office does the inventory on line? So said forget this place and cancelled some lighting they has been holding that was on my card plus to tell the guy not to worry about mixing the paints for me in the back.. The manager not the same one of the store came down after the gal but the money back on my card and wanted him to know that I was doing a home for somebody and the store was going lose about **,*** worth a business because it was in between the Aberdeen store and the Watertown store and said wait a minute that was without the additional they decided at the last min. He laughed at me and said whatever that's what everyone tells him about when they are mad. I'm thinking they don't really care about their customers because only place to go in town. It's been the worst experience with a place I have ever had..Okay this is all on me like I said we have just moved up here and where getting all knew appliances I'm talking washer dryers all the kitchen appliances that my girlfriend been on me about since we got hear. I had every all the Maytag appliances and washers in my cart on line. I didn't want to buy from you because of my experiences all ready but because of her none stop just decide to go with. The bill saved me over ****.** because of the sales. When checking out. I thought it said if you spend over I think **** that you could put in on card of yours. I don't use cards but since just getting the house up here and other expenses. Thought I would do it.. reluctantly to help. My mistake when your in the process of checking out and that comes up your thinking your talking about that purchase. In these days you can get answers fast. My home only took two day's for answering. So being mad I called * seconds after to the bank and said it was to late to that was being processed. Like I told them it says up to seven days. I told the to stop the process and know it's going to show on my credit as open account. So I'm going start using the hardware store in Webster and buy the other stuff at Lowe's in Omaha because we will be going back in forth between us for family all the time. I will lose out because on the all the Maytag appliances now because of the last minute mistake I made. I'm going to give the business to Lowe's Or the Nebraska furniture Mart and bring it all up myself this weekend I'm sure the will have deal going on still they run this black Friday stuff on before and *till Christmas plus after buying all the stuff on line was going to have to pick it up anyways endless I wanted to pay for even after that what would have a big order. I don't even know of anything you could do for me as asked for an out come. All I do know Is that you won't be seeing me ever stepping in one of your stores again and will be telling about the experience. In less you can come up with something to change my mind and what I think now about you your company now. ..Mike * Kurkowski
