I own a Memorex 55" UHDTV that I am happy with, but I am facing an issue where it turns on automatically when my DVR on HDMI 1 activates by timer. This happens especially at night, disrupting my sleep. I typically use the sleep timer function to turn off the TV before bed, so I don't routinely switch the source input to avoid this problem. If anyone knows how to disable this automatic turning on feature, I would greatly appreciate the help.

I recently bought a Memorex Dual Controller Charging Kit for my Wii, which included two rechargeable Battery Packs 500mAh Ni- 4/5 Model # MCAE11HC. Unfortunately, the charging process is extremely slow, taking about 5-10 minutes per battery pack to even start charging. Additionally, once the red light indicates that the batteries are charged, they only last about 15-20 minutes. Surprisingly, my sister also purchased the same charger for her Wii, and she is experiencing the exact same issues. I believe this product is defective and would like Memorex to either refund me or provide a functioning charger. I am very disappointed with the performance of the Memorex Dual Battery Pack Charger.

Product Information: Brand: Memorex Product Type: Portable CD Player Model Number: MD6451BLK Retailer: Amazon Order Number: [redacted]-[redacted] Purchase Date: August 28, [redacted] Issue: I recently received this Memorex portable CD player as a gift, and only opened it in October. Unfortunately, upon attempting to use the player, no sound was produced despite following all installation steps correctly. I inserted AA batteries, a working CD, and connected headphones to the PHONES jack. Even after powering on (>II) and adjusting the volume, there was still no sound. I repeated the steps multiple times to ensure accuracy. Return Request: I understand that the return period has expired, but as the product was a gift and I only recently opened it, I am seeking assistance in returning the defective unit for a replacement. Unfortunately, I do not have the original packaging, except for the plastic and instructions. Please advise on the proper procedure for returning the faulty CD player. Thank you. Best regards, Ken M.

Product: Memorex Portable CD Player Model No. MD6451BLK purchased from Amazon with order No. [redacted]-[redacted] on August 28, [redacted]. The return period has elapsed, but I recently discovered that the player has no sound when turned on. I have ensured all necessary steps were taken correctly: AA batteries installed, a working CD inserted, functioning headphones plugged into the appropriate jack, power turned on (>II), and adjusting the volume with no success. I have repeated these steps multiple times. I would like to return the defective CD player for a replacement, although the original packaging materials are no longer available except for the plastic enclosure and instructions. Could you please provide guidance on how to proceed with the return process for a replacement? Thank you, K. Marvel

Last autumn, I bought a Memorex MW212RC Bluetooth speaker from Menards. Initially, it connected flawlessly to my iPhone, prompting me to purchase a second one. Since January, both speakers have failed to pair with my iPhone, despite following the provided instructions. - Bluetooth is activated on my iPhone. - The blue light on the speakers turns on and blinks appropriately when the power button is pressed, but they produce no sound. I am unsure if I am missing a step or if the speakers are beyond repair. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am experiencing a slight glitch with the system and may have lost my previous email. Just to recap, I recently acquired a DVD player model MVDP1075, but it was missing a power cord, battery pack, and remote control. After locating an adapter to power it, I managed to get it working momentarily following the instructions in the manual. However, the power light would go off and the motor would stop shortly after. I am curious to know whether the unit requires the battery pack even when connected through the DC line. Does it need the battery to retain power even when plugged in? If so, I presume I will need to obtain a battery pack for the DVD player to function properly. Any insights you could provide on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. -CW

I am attempting to adjust the settings on my Memorex MLT3221 television using the manual adjustment buttons located on the side of the TV. Unfortunately, the remote control is not functioning due to spoiled batteries, and I have been unable to clean the contacts properly. By using the side buttons, I am able to navigate to the menu options for video, audio, TV, and setup. However, I have encountered an issue with the input settings that my cable box cannot read, as I inadvertently changed the input setting on the TV.

I am attempting to transfer a VHS tape to a DVD with the Sony VRD-MC5 DVD Recorder. Using the single layer Memorex DVD+R went smoothly. However, when using DVD+R Dual Layer discs, two failed to format, and one needed to be finalized twice and still showed a frozen image halfway through. Is this due to a compatibility issue? Despite being an older model, it claims to support DVD+R dual layer discs. The firmware update available does not seem to address my specific problem. Can someone confirm if I should be able to use the dual layer discs with this recorder?

I bought a pair of Bluetooth earbuds at a discounted price from a Rite Aid store in Jeannette, PA [redacted]. I have two issues with the product. Firstly, they do not last up to 2 hours as advertised on the packaging. Secondly, the left earbud has a rough edge that cut my ear. I have smoothed down the sharp part of the earbud. If necessary, I can provide photos of my ear with the injury and the earbud itself.

I have a Memorex MVUC821 8" TFT DVD player and need to remove a disc. I had a CD-Audio disc in the player when it was turned off, and upon turning it back on the next day, a message popped up about TVGuardian and asking to activate it by pressing the setup button. Unfortunately, I do not need this service, but I am unable to remove the disc as the player seems stuck in this mode. How can I safely remove the disc? Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my older Memorex 8x slim DVD multiformat recorder external drive (Mod: MRX650LE v6, Part # [redacted]8) when I connect it to my 1-year-old Samsung Notebook 9 Pro running Win 10 Home, Version [redacted]. Even though the drive shows signs of power, ejects discs, and spins up when I insert one, my laptop does not recognize it as a new drive. I suspect a missing driver might be the cause. I searched online for the software but only found an unfamiliar company. After some research, I stumbled upon this site. I appreciate any help or advice you can provide. Thank you. ~Beth

Dear Customer Service, I am experiencing difficulties with my Memorex 16GB USB drive that I bought from Walmart. The USB drive is not working as expected. When I plug it into my laptop or PC, only a red light flashes, and the drive is not recognized. It seems like the USB drive might be corrupted or defective. I would appreciate your assistance in exchanging it for a new one. I regret that I do not have the receipt, but I am certain of buying it at Walmart. I would be grateful for guidance on the next steps and a solution to this matter. Thank you for addressing this concern promptly. Best regards, Nilesh K.
