I am having trouble logging into the COVID sign-up app as it keeps saying my birthdate is incorrect. This is preventing me from accessing important information about my COVID vaccine appointment. I visited the Meijer store at Haggerty Rd in Northville, MI, but did not receive adequate help at the pharmacy. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me to assist in unlocking the app and verifying my birthdate information. Thank you.

I returned a pair of shoes that were too small without a receipt. The cashier allowed me to exchange them but warned it would be a one-time exchange. Without inspecting the shoes, I chose a new pair from similar boxes. Upon returning home, I discovered the shoes were a different style and priced at $30. The new shoes I picked out were $36, in the same box types, but one size larger. Regrettably, they were still too small. At 78 years old, it's crucial for me to wear comfortable shoes, so this situation is quite inconvenient.

These replacement shoes are not the right type, have high heels that I can't wear due to my age, and despite being a larger size, they still don't fit. I'm 78 years old. To the concerned party, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the deli at the Oak Creek, WI Meijer location. The service at the deli is consistently slow, with long waiting times even when there are only a few customers in line. The lack of staff and inefficient service are impacting the overall experience for customers. While I appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the rest of the store, the deli seems to be consistently understaffed, leading to frustrated customers and potential financial loss for Meijer. I believe that hiring more staff who prioritize customer service and efficiency in meat cutting could greatly improve the situation. During a shopping trip to Meijer #[redacted] in Terre Haute on 10/12/21 at 8:55 AM, a concerning incident occurred. At the U-scan, an unauthorized transaction deducted $25.86 from the account, leaving insufficient funds to complete the purchase. Despite attempting to rectify this by paying $13.01 in cash and offering to retrieve the remaining amount needed, complications arose. Despite efforts to cancel the transaction and resolve the situation, challenges persisted. Subsequently, a reinstatement was required, necessitating a re-scan of items and a re-payment amounting to approximately $90.00 in cash. Although the receipt has been misplaced, the original bank transaction details have been retained. Despite contacting the store and the bank, the issue remains unresolved, with the initial amount still pending. The hope is for a prompt resolution to restore the funds to the bank account.

On October 28th around 4 pm, at the Norton location in Muskegon, Michigan, I bought some discounted makeup. However, upon inspecting the items, I noticed that the sealing was tampered with, making me suspect the products were used. Concerned about my sensitive skin, I immediately returned to the store. When I approached the customer service desk, I encountered a worker named Caitlyn, a middle-aged white female. Caitlyn's behavior was inappropriate - she rudely accepted the return, commented that the items were "already used," and used profanity while discussing the situation. Such behavior is unacceptable in a retail environment. I intend to report this incident as I was deeply unsettled by her disrespectful attitude. Caitlyn's lack of professionalism was evident from the start, and her conduct was reprehensible given her role in customer service. I urge the store to address this matter appropriately to ensure better customer experiences in the future.

While shopping at the Illinois Road store in Fort Wayne, Indiana, my spouse and I couldn't find the yogurt we usually purchase. After looking for an employee, I found Sean stocking shelves six rows away from the dairy section. I requested his help, and he promptly went to the back of the store and returned with two cases of the yogurt we were looking for. Sean's quick assistance and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. This young man is a great asset to your company, representing it exceptionally well. If you have a program to commend outstanding employees, Sean should definitely receive top recognition.

Hello. I placed an order via the app for grocery delivery today and encountered a few issues: 1. Despite being charged, I did not receive the strawberries as they were out of stock. 2. There is a discrepancy between the amount charged to my Meijer account and my bank credit card. My card shows a charge of $95.76, while the Meijer account displays $83.84. Additionally, I am seeking a refund for the missing strawberries, equating to a total of $13.91. I frequently face problems with my orders online or in-store at the new Brunswick Ohio location. Issues such as coupons not being applied correctly or sale items not reflecting the correct price often arise. This delivery experience was disappointing, and I am hesitant to use the service again. I was billed $44 for a single banana on Meijer.com last Saturday when I placed a grocery order, and my total unexpectedly jumped from $67 to $[redacted] on my credit card statement. I attempted to contact customer service multiple times over the weekend without success. Visiting the local Meijer service desk on Sunday, after a 30-minute wait, they rectified the charge, although the credit has not reflected on my card yet. Dissatisfied, I phoned customer service today to express my frustration and reluctance to shop with them again. Despite being disconnected multiple times, they offered a mere $10 gift card for my next purchase, which I find inadequate given the situation. I believe they should offer more than $10 under the scan law regulations.

Order number [redacted]18. My online order was fulfilled by Shipt (should be spelled with a silent "p"). The groceries arrived smelling strongly of cigarette smoke. We are only 10 minutes away from the store where the order was prepared. I am very disappointed that a delivery service with such a strong smoke odor is partnered with your company. This situation is unacceptable as it is incredibly unpleasant. Imagine a pizza delivery company allowing their drivers to smoke in the car – it would be unacceptable. Why is this behavior acceptable for your partners at Shipt?

I wanted to share my positive experience at the Brunswick, Ohio store. Despite living near the Avon store, I have been disappointed with issues like long lines at registers and poorly stocked shelves. However, Brunswick stands out with its fresh food section near the entrance, especially the salads! I often make the drive just to shop there. I really appreciate the mPerks program, rewards, and coupons from the app. The $10 credit card statement bonus is a nice touch. While the Avon location is conveniently located, it lacks stocked shelves, adequate staff in the deli, and often long lines. I commend their excellent customer service but suggest adding a similar fresh food section. Overall, I love the chef salad and BLT, but I wish they would add more of the ingredients like carrots, cheese, ham, bacon, turkey, and maybe even cranberries or sunflower seeds. It's the little details that make a big difference!

Since Monday, I have been having issues at the pharmacy. My insurance did not cover my 20mg prescription, so they switched it to a 10mg, which I already have. Now, I need more to make up for the 20mg I couldn't get. They initially said it would be ready in an hour, but now they are telling me to contact the doctor to switch it again. None of the Meijer staff has been helpful in any way. I am not one to complain, but this experience has been terrible, especially as a cancer patient. I am considering switching pharmacies due to this situation.

My spouse and I visited the Fishers Meijer to take advantage of the buy one, get one for $1.00 shoe sale. We grabbed the shoes and some other items, but at checkout, we were informed that only Skechers were on sale. The signage was misleading, as it was not clearly indicating the specific brand promotion. The supposed manager, whose name I didn't catch, denied the existence of any signage by the shoes we selected, despite both my wife and I seeing it there. After checking, she returned with a sign claiming it was misplaced. Later, we noticed them rearranging the signage. We felt disrespected by the lack of professionalism and honesty. We are frequent shoppers, visiting the store three to four times a week, but this experience has left us disappointed. I recently visited the Meijer store on Vollmer Rd. in Flossmoor, Illinois. Unfortunately, I realized that an item of Freshpet dog food, which cost $6.29, was missing from my bags when I got home. I attempted to contact the store to check if it was accidentally left at the register, but there was no answer at the customer service desk. I'm hoping to either locate the product or receive a refund for it. The cashier I interacted with was named Lotom. I want to share my disappointment with the Fairly Odd Parents Funko Pop drop. My child and I woke up early to go to Meijer in Avon, Ohio, but they only had two boxes, and we missed out because there were people ahead of us in line. When I called Meijer in Brunswick, Ohio, they said they didn't know when the shipment would arrive. Later, my wife went to the Brunswick Meijer on 8/2/[redacted], only to be told they sold out the day before in just ten minutes. Other stores in Ohio had already sold out too. It's frustrating that we were given inaccurate information. If the Brunswick Meijer had been honest about receiving 14 Funko Pops, my daughter could have gotten one. It's important for store employees to be truthful and informed in such situations. Thank you for the disappointment for both my daughter and me.

I have visited three different Meijer stores in the last week due to my job taking me around the Cincinnati Northern Kentucky area to close loans. Unfortunately, I had issues with two out of three deli bags where my meat and cheese spilled on the belt. I believe Meijer needs to improve their deli bags. Additionally, I tried to return a [redacted]-count of Meijer vitamin C chewable vitamins, but the employee at the service desk refused due to lack of receipt. I showed her proof of purchase on my phone with Mperks, but she still declined the return, mentioning their policy not to accept opened items. Having worked for Meijer in the past for 20 years before my banking career, I was surprised by this experience. Looks like I may have to consider buying my vitamins from Walmart now.

I feel like my concerns are being overlooked. If you review my Mperks account along with all my receipts from the past one, two, five, or ten years of shopping at Meijer, you will see the significant amount of money my family and I have spent there. While there are other grocery stores we could patronize, I choose to spend my money at Meijer. It frustrates me that the customer service team ignored my request regarding returning the vitamins that were the issue.
