The issue in GetHuman-penixcou's own words
I did a curbside order with Meijer on March **. I went to pick up my order and no one was there, I waited and called. I went inside after waiting a while and was advised that about shipt and that if no one was there it would be canceled and I wouldnt be charged. I also called shipt. I went ahead and shopped myself and purchased over $***. A day or so later I got a texted from shipt shopper stating they were at Meijers. I advised I had already shopped and advised canceled and ask if I wanted canceled and I said yes (again). Then next day I was charged $**.**. I conted meijers several times who advise to contact shipt which I did and it tooks hours of my life. During that time I contacted my bank to look into this and they started that process. I was advised by shipt that money would be refunded. My bank refunded my money during investigation and then in the last ** hours took money out again stating that Meijers disputed my claim and woukdnt return my money. I did not get anything I ordered curbside, no one was there. I didnt know that meijers used anyone but meijers. No one was there, went inside and ask for manager who advised that probably was. o shopper available and would not be charged at I shopped and paid over $*** for groceries and supplies and then Meijer two days later charged with $**.** for items I never seemed or received. Maybe a shipt shopper did but I didnt. I live on retirment and I cant afford $**.** to give to meijers for nothing. Besides causing me financial hardship it has been very upsetting and time consuming. Debra Ratliff
