Hello, * I used your services for the first time recently and when I called the station the girl I talked to was of no assistance on how to book my ticket. She told me to get online and do it. I live approximately ** minutes north of downtown Houston. I had to arrange for a ride so I thought I HAD to book a seat. I asked her when I called, I believe, too. I am disabled from an auto injury ** years ago and have a weak ankle and really bad back pain that makes it very hard to get around. When I boarded the bus I realized my seat was upstairs and was in no way in any shape to go up and down that tiny staircase WITH my carryon bag. I wound up sitting in one of the seats with no number downstairs. I just called and talked to a girl who said she is refunding only $* & to email this address to get the rest of the refund. I was told the tickets were $* and it ended up being $**.**, I think it was....if the tickets are $* I want to only be charged $* there and $* back. So $** versus $**. That’s an extra $**?. I would like your company-whom ever it may concern, to refund my credit card the $**, please, if possible. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and will most definitely be using these services again. I travel quite often and usually drove myself. It was a nice change to not have to pull over and extend my travel time to use the restroom. The girl in front of me and the girl in the seat behind me were super sweet so I had great conversation, even. I travel to florida, Mexico, Dallas &Jasper, TX quite often and will more than likely not drive anymore-take your bus? I am not currently in school and that is how I normally would check my email, as it is difficult to do from my phone. If you would contact me please do so via telephone.
