I took MegaBus from DC to NYC on November *, ****. It was the *:**pm departure that was scheduled to arrive at *:**pm. The trip ended up taking many hours longer than scheduled. While I understand that traffic and road construction are beyond the control of MegaBus, I want to report that for much of the trip home the driver was lost. At various times passengers were seeking to help the driver by checking Google maps. it was so long that some passengers were getting frustrated and yelling. It was not a good experience. My guess is that you have had complaints about this trip and you must have GPS and other records to verify that there were problems with this trip. I am writing to request a refund or credit due to the poor experience. I am a regular customer and my account with MegaBus is maintained under my e-mail address, which is: *****@***.com. Please help.
