Driver on bus ****** Chris James refused to give us time or opportunity to look our number reservation up. We requested Megabus to send both reservations to our phone and email. And Megabus only sent one reservation to our phone in which we did not know about. So, I told the driver that I needed to go to my yahoo to find the ticket and he refused me that opportunity ( and he only kept stating to me either you pay $**.** cash for the both of you you, and your PCA both have to pay. Nobody rides free) The bus driver Chris James just kept insisting on getting the $**.**. And I asked him to just give me a minute to look my info up on yahoo and again he kept insisting for us to pay $**.**. Even though I had the paperwork showing that my PCA was on the bus with me and she rides for free, he asked us both to get off the bus or pay $**.**. I then stated I already paid $***.** for round trip tickets. There is no way that Im going to pay you $**.**. I said just please, we ned to catch this bus. We must attend the concert in Detroit for my wifes' birthday to see the Ojays and Isley brothers and if we miss this bus we have whole lot to loose including hotel, bus tickets, concert tickets and on top of that you would mess my wifes birthday up. Would you please just give me a minute to look it up on my Yahoo and the driver was attempting to put his hands on me and he stated "I will throw you both off the bus". I stated "I wish you would put your hands on me or my wife we paid our money to ride but yet you want $**.**. So I told him here is the reservation * right here". Then the driver stated " I dont want your reservation * or your $**.** like I said as a matter of fact youre getting off of this bus now, both of you". I then said" please sir we would loose a lot and I do have the reservation * and he stated " Just get off the bus because Im not taking you no where. Youre not riding on this bus, I "Well , you call the police or hatever you have to do because I paid for this trip". And ten he just said that he had the right to put any pasenger off the bus and laughed about it and stated how do yo like that. So me and my PCA was forced off the bus loosing hotel reservations, tickets to the concer, the $***.** we paid for the bus and my wives birthday enjoyment Megabus turned this all in to a tragedy. We are asking in return that Megabus end Coach USA*Chris James compensate us for the loss and the pain that that you took us through, and also the cab fare whichwas $**.** there and back.
