The driver was very unprofessional. He had no customer service experience what so ever. He was speaking badly of the customer he had an incident with calling her ghetto. He ignored a passenger that was trying to talk to him. He was very rude. He didn't apologize for any of the delays that was partly his fault and because of this delay some people had to wait for their rides to come back and pick them up because we didn't know what time we would be at our destination. I would a refund because this was an awful ride home and I was late getting back. My reservation number was **-****-******-M**R-****-ATL-CHR. The ticket was for Sunday, July ** ****. The ride to Atlanta was a totally different experience and that is what I expected returning home on at least something close to that.

GetHuman-j_fether did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
