On ********, *:**am, I paid for reserved seating , Seat***.I, Adraine Ingram, boarded the Megabus from Memphis, Tn to Dallas, Tx. The Driver who stated his name is Richard Wade Arrogantly, allowed an african guy to just come and shove his wife and for children in some reserve and disabled seating. One of the african girls continuosly kicked my legs the entire trip. The driver says to the african guy, " they can sit here this time and I have a job to do" the african paid him no mind, he wanted what he wanted and did not care. This african family got of in Little Rock, Ar, the driver allowed the passengers to go into the store. On my way back to the bus, the african says to me, I'm going to beat your ***, because you didn't want my family to sit by you. The driver knew he was wrong, he made an announcement to say, "I heard a little bit of a disturbance and this is my fault", "I apologize to whoever's this affected". The driver then started talking to this black lady about me to get her information if I reported him to lie for him because he knows he is wrong. I've done nothing to this driver from the start, when I boarded this bus, I tried to tell him my name along when showing him my confirmation ", Richard Wade, the driver, says very rude and very "LOUD", I don't need your name. This was a miserable trip for me. I am a REGISTERED NURSE, ** year old senior citizen, and I was totally disrespected by your Megabus driver and that african male passenger.
