I paid to be taking to Penn station in Manhattan but * mins from Manhattan right outside of Manhattan the driver tells us she is over he hours and has to drive to Elizabeth New Jersy and wait for a driver from somewhere else to drive us through the holland tunnel. **Because of this I missed two very important doctor appointments and I had to pay ** for a cab ride to get home in time not knowing how long I was going to be stranded in Elizabeth NJ bus station. I don’t understand why you busy would have driver who can make the full trip and not notify passenger until after the fact. It’s beyond unprofessional but it’s made no sense to have someone driving a bus who was going to competenthe trip but soo literally outside of the holland tunnel. Mind you it rush hour so no telling how long it’s going to take for the other driver to get here. I’d like my money back after having to wait around and pay for a cab to be from bus station your company left me at without proper notice so I could have planned ahead or taken an earlier but is I was going to be on the bus almost an hour after I was supposed to have arrive which was *:** and yet it’s *:** and we we are still at this bus station in Elizabeth. I ride with this company a lot and I’m not sure I feel comfortable continuing to ride with this company if things like this which is important isn’t even communicated with enough notice to let the passengers decide to take another bus, or maybe plan to have a ride pick them up but it was shady bad business and comes off as if it was more about getting our money and getting us in the bus so once you make the detour we are helpless.

I contacts then and they did nothing for me. I don’t not recommend anyone using MegaBus nor will I ever waste another dollar on them. Unprofessional and shady business. They left me stranded and I had to pay out of pocket for a cab because they rerouted our trip * mins from our destination.
