Dear Megabus, **As a loyal customer, and in order to help improving services, I would like to provide some feedback on my recent trip on Megabus M** (New York to Toronto) on May **, ****, Scheduled departure time: *:** PM. **The trip lasted close to ** hours although we left New York almost on time around *:** pm scheduled time. The estimated arrival time was *:** am.**The bus had numerous stops with longer than expected durations:**.*First stop in new jersey, *** minutes into the trip, which lasted about ** minutes to switch drivers**.*Second stop was a planned rest stop, ** minutes, although it was announced to be ** minutes only**.*Third stop in Syracuse, again almost ** minutes to drop off some passengers**.**th stop, another planned rest stop, *** minutes, announcement was for ** minutes only **.* *th stops in Rochester, again *** minutes to drop off passengers**.**th stop at Buffalo airport, about ** minutes to drop of passenger**.**th stop at a hotel in Buffalo, to pick up the Canadian Driver, * * minutes**.**th stop at the Canadian border, **.* hours. this was rather unusual, as it doesn’t happen often.*Unfortunately, all these extra stops, beyond the planned and necessary stops, added to the duration of the trip. *In general, I have noticed that since you have changed the schedule departure time to *:** PM from the previous schedule of *:** pm in early ****, the bus usually gets late to the Canadian Border and almost always hits the Toronto morning Rush Hour and miss ascribing on time. I wish you could change the schedule back to *:** pm or minimize the number and duration of the stops to stay on time. The long journey negatively impacts the quality of your service and the satisfaction of your loyal customers.*P.S. this long trip was not an exception. On majority of my trips in **** and early **** to Toronto, we arrived late by at least * hours, sometimes as many as * hours delays.
