Last saturday I had a booking for a trip from DC to NYC. This bus was scheduled to leave at **pm so I got in line at **.** to get a good seat. As the line got longer and longer there was zero communication from staff as to why there was no boarding happening. Customers had to leave their spot and go to the top of the line to enquire. The answer was that the bus would leave at **.**. The bus eventually departed at **.**.* *Upon departure the driver went through a few perfunctory details but left out any mention of wifi details and more crucially cell phone etiquette while traveling in a confined space. This should be mandatory on any bus.* *There was a rest stop mentioned but the only time the bus stopped was near NYC to change driver so customers were on the bus for * and a half hours straight.* *Interested in your response.
