My megabus trips to and from NYC were awful. We arrived * hours later than scheduled on the way to NYC due to a driver being late. We were supposed to arrive at *:**pm. We did not arrive until *pm. I understand traffic happens and some added time should be factored into the estimated arrival time, but three hours is ridiculous. On my bus home I had reserved a seat (aka paid extra) only to find out my seat was double booked. That bus also had mechanical issues and we had to stop to get those fixed. The bus home was uncomfortably hot to the point where I was sweating just sitting in my seat. I would like at least a partial refund for my trip. I would prefer a full refund since both trips were awful but I understand mechanical issues happen sometimes. Three hours late is completely unacceptable though.
