Good Afternoon, *My name is Adiouma Diallo and my reservation number is (**-****-******-M**R-****-ALB-NEW). Thursday I booked a ticket to the *:** and an incident occurred causing me not to receive my ride. The bus driver refused to let multiple passengers in the bus after claiming that the baggage in the bus was over capacity and couldn’t fit any more bags. We tried telling him that we paid for our tickets but he kept complaining he had to make other stop. I only had one suitcase and a book bag that I was going to take with me inside. I still haven’t received a refund and I’ve been patiently waiting for it. This isn’t right at all now I have to take matters into my own hands.
