Hello,*I am one of many customers who were at the ‘Megabus stop’ sign between tenth and **th street for the **pm departure to state college. I was ** minutes early and waited until **:** to find out if the bus was arriving. When we called customer service it said it has already left at **:**pm. I was told I had to buy a new ticket for the *:**pm departure, and to get refunded the $**.** by emailing customer service and explaining the situation. The person apologized and said the sign should no longer be there even though it was. **There should no longer be a megabus sign at the David L Lawrence convention center as everyone thought the bus was arriving there. There was no explanation in the confirmation email that there would be a stop on the side street where no one could see it if you were at the old megabus sign. (Which needs removed) **Thank you, I appreciate my refund of **.**.
