I received a compensation code due to a problem with my booking with Megabus on the **th of March. I am unsure of when I will be able to travel again and I will not be taking Megabus again. I tried calling customer service and first time the lady could not connect me to a supervisor. I called again and the same lady answered again and said she was the supervisor. I just want a refund to my account of $**. I really don't want or need another trip with Megabus. Please just help me get my money back because I'm really poor. Maybe I will give Megabus a chance again in the future.
