I was scheduled to take a bus from Washington DC to Philadelphia at *.** am on **th March (order number: AH*L*CA). I reached the station, asked a megabus representative,named Bishop, where the line is and joined the line. There several Co passengers behind and in front of me who were taking the same bus. Few seconds before the scheduled departure, one of the co passengers said that this was the wrong line! Several of us rushed to the directed line - when we reached, the bus was driving off, we tried to explain our situation to the driver but he did not listen to us and drove off. ** passengers including me were left stranded. We went back to the megabus representative to ask him to help us and all he could say was that he could not do anything. He was reluctant to make a call to the driver or any other person in the office to inform the driver. I feel absolutely harassed. As a result, I missed my daughter's first piano recital! While nothing can give me back the cherished memory of seeing my daughter play, the least megabus could do was to issue a refund! *I hope that megabus would rise to the situation, take responsibility for thIs situation and give customers their due. *Thank you!
