My son and daughter were travelling from Manchester to Bristol yesterday, **th Feb. This bus was delayed and stuck in traffic causing them to miss their connection from Bristol to Exeter. They were just offloaded at Bristol, with no explanation or help from the driver, he in fact left the bus and ran off. When they asked another Megabus driver what they should do, he just shrugged and laughed and said they'd have to pay extra and they might not even get seats on the next coach to Exeter. So they were left stranded in Bristol with no assistance or advice. My son is only ** , his first trip away from home, and my daughter who is **, suffers from acute mental health issues. Fortunately they were assisted by National Express after many frantic phone calls to me and be having to pay for more bus tickets *In absolutely disgusted and horrified that your company think it's acceptable to abandon a teenage boy and vulnerable young woman in the centre of Bristol without a care in the world, especially regarding the recent attacks and disappearances in the media of young people. My daughter was incredibly distressed when she finally got home, we are trying to get a doctor's appointment for her as she suffers from Borderline personality disorder
