I am requesting a refund for these two tickets Boston to New York.*Paul J. Tringale******@***.com****-***-*****AHX@**Q**After speaking with two customer service agents (Kimberly was one) just now, I am documenting my request for the refund because the error was not on my part.*I attempted to book * tickets to NY this Saturday and after selections and putting in my credit card in the on-line form, there was an error message on the screen that my credit card did not work (invalid). I made two more attempts with the same result and finally, I gave up and closed the screen.*Then I found another company and booked my tickets with no issues.*When i went to my inbox for the confirmation, I saw the reservation for MegaBus!*So, with no fault on my part, please provide a full refund.*I do not have any other future plans to go to New York and no use for the tickets so changing the tickets for future use is not an option.**With much appreciation.**Paul Tringale
