I don't know what kind of service you are offering but my son was scheduled to be picked up at *:** in the morning I called both numbers and the first number gave me the second number and the second number had me on hold until I finally hung up an hour later. It is *:** in the morning !!!!!! and I cannot get an answer on where in the **** the bus is I am highly upset at the lack of service and funky attitude of your bus driver. It was the *:** Atlanta bus to Indianapolis bus that was suppose to be here at *:** . I want something done about this situation today, right now, If you pass me off I will contact the next person higher than you and if I am not satisfied with that answer I will go further I have nothing but time
