I booked a ticket yesterday to go from Faribault MN to Chicago. I did not receive any detail about the trip however my card was charged. Upon arriving at Minneapolis I was denied access to the bus because they could not see my reservation and I did not have it on my email. I was then advised to call customer services and for the rep to tell me my bus had already left and I have to pay again with a penalty of *dollar for her helping me over the phone. And I did pay again!!! Please reimburse me one of this ticket
