I want my money back.*I had Reservation number **-****-******-M**R-****-BOS-WAS**I had the extreme misfortune of taking your what was SUPPOSED TO BE the **:** bus from South Station in Boston to Union Station in Washington D.C. It was, quite frankly, the WORST experience I have ever endured. Here is a play-by-play of my terrible experience.**First, our bus was extremely late and overbooked, so they had to get * buses and split everybody up. Because of this, they mixed up people's luggage, so they had to unpack and repack the buses, taking up even more time.**The first driver that we had (from Boston to Philadelphia) was the most incompetent driver I have ever been a passenger to. I know **-year-olds that drove better than him. It was like he had a brick tied to his foot, slamming on the gas and then having to slam on the brakes ** seconds later because he would be inches away from hitting someone. Every time he stopped, I couldn't even see the bumper of the car in front of us because he was so close. People were getting sick because of his driving.**When we finally got to Philadelphia, there was no order whatsoever at that bus stop. We were supposed to get there at *:**, and didn't show up until *:**, so they shoved people who were supposed to be on the *:** and *:** buses onto ours. Therefore, seats were double-booked, and people were fighting over reserved seats because both people had paid for them.**I specifically took the early bus so I could get back to Union Station before the Metro closes. However, the bus was an entire two and a half hours late, getting there at **:** instead of the original *:**. Everybody on that bus had to pay for an Uber because the Metro was closed. It was, quite frankly, a mess. **I want my money back. I have never in my entire life had such a terrible experience, not even on the Greyhound that I took that filled with smoke halfway through the ride. I am so disappointed because I have taken Megabuses multiple times and have had problems, but nothing like this.
GetHuman-ablatt did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
