To Whom It May Concern,**I am contacting you to file a complaint for my trip from Boston, MA to New York, NY on November **, ****.**I've emailed inquiries twice before. It's ridiculous that no one has gotten back to me regarding the issue.**Reservation Number: **-****-******-M**R-****-BOS-NEW*Order : AHRU*JA**I had called the customer service line and they had referred me to you, so I hope that you can help me out. **My bus from Boston had departed at *pm, the night of November **th. Our estimated arrival time was at **:**pm, the same night. It started snowing very badly on our way down to New York, which also caused traffic, which is understandable. **HOWEVER,*Our bus driver was in communication with Dispatch. He was told to pick up passengers on a bus, which was stuck ON A DIFFERENT HIGHWAY. This bus was WAY out of the route in which we were going. Because of the snow and traffic, exits were closed. We could NOT get to the other bus. Instead, the bus, which was stuck, got fixed and went on their merry way. MY bus got stuck in the snow. Dispatch didn't do anything about the bus being stuck, so passengers had to help the bus driver become UNSTUCK, just so we can be STUCK again in traffic. Our bus driver had to stop the bus multiple times. We had passengers wanting to get out even on the highway. People were more willing to find a hotel in the area to walk to. **After some time, it was disclosed that the bus driver could only work a certain amount of hours, so the bus needed to stop AGAIN so we could switch drivers. The drivers played cat and mouse because dispatch told our bus driver which exit to meet at and the other driver kept driving ahead. We probably stopped three times because of that. We were only an hour or two away from NY. **We arrived around *AM the next day. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. It's one thing if we were two or three hours delayed... NO. If your dispatch team didn't send us to go "rescue" the other bus, we wouldn't have been SEVEN hours delayed! SEVEN HOURS! Are you kidding me? People have job interviews to go to or jobs in general. I had a family emergency to attend to regarding my grandmother. I almost didn't make it. I was planning on taking the NJ transit after arriving in NY, but nope. I was left with nowhere to go and didn't know what to do. Everyone on that bus stayed on what was supposed to be a *-hr ride (possibly *-* hr ride, with delay) for **-hrs! One girl even had a panic attack to which one woman and I helped her with. **I don't know who was sending these orders, but you DO NOT send a nearly full bus in the middle of a SNOWSTORM to pick up other passengers. You send someone ELSE. We are not a rescue bus!**I'm not only filing this complaint, but would like a refund for this trip. What would you do if you were in my shoes? Thank you for your time. Hope to hear from you soon.**P.S. I'm sorry if this seems harsh at all. I work in hotels and know how it feels to receive complaints. If it was any other circumstance, I wouldn't have said anything. But to me, this was an important ride to make.
