I originally booked a passage with Megabus for my son coming home from Penn State College.... there was an issue with the bus so I was given credit. This past Thanksgiving holiday I cashed it in for Monday but he found a ride so more than ** hours ahead of time I tried to cancel it but they want to charge me $**. I did not charge them $** when they failed to provide a service so I certainly do not expect them to charge me $** for a cancellation that is well within reasonable time frames.*I've been on the phone with their customer service and was hung up on four times because I actually had the nerve to ask the question why I didn't charge them $** when they failed to service me so why would they charge $** for me to cancel within a reasonable time frame
