Due to a bus failure back in September I was given several credits.... I cash them in and within ** hours I need to retract them for a credit but I'm being told I'm going to be charged $**. I was not given a credit of $** when your company failed to provide a service so why am I being charged $** to rebook? I spoke to your customer service reps * times and they were highly disrespectful not to mention the supervisor hung up on me when she could not answer why I didn't charge you $** but you're charging me $**. I believe that was a reasonable question but because she could not answer it she hung up on me . Same question I asked * customer service reps that did the same could not answer me so they hung up.
GetHuman1620126 did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
