We were leaving NYC, Nov **, with Specisl Needs child, all busses * hr delay. The kindest Gentleman that works for MB, came to get us and put us on a late bus for everyone else but actually on time for us to keep our son out of the cold and possibility of freezing rain! Just wanted to say Thank You! Didn’t get his name! Wish I had time! Words cannot express our Gratitude! We had a very good experience all the way around with Mega Bus!! Thank You, Lisa Will
