I have checked on your website & app for the *:**pm *:**pm bus leaving for Houston, Texas by way of Katy Mills Mall. I take this route every weekend to see my family in Houston* in addition to reserving my ticket online. I am a struggling Navy Veteran who has limited cash& would like to know why the route leaving out of San Antonio, TX by way of Bill Miller's on Probant, isn't listed at all on your site??? This is the second week in a row that I have had issues with your customer service representives, whom have lied to me about scheduled bus arrivals for this route. I do not have an additional $*.** -$ **.** to pay for booking another ticket* can anyone please tell me if this route is scheduled to depart from San Antonio at *:**pm to Katy Mills arriving at *.**pm today???
