The issue in GetHuman-nyotafak's own words
On Monday August *, **** we traveled on the megabus from New Orleans to Houston ***pm arriving in Houston ****pm. Reservation ******-****-******-M**R-****-NOL-HOU!!! We stopped in Baton Rouge to pick up passengers!! We left the megabus station then the bus driver pulled over to make an announcement!! He told us that another bus would be waiting for us in Egan, Louisiana in about one &half hour!! Something was wrong with the bus, but he didn't say what it was !! Our luggage remained on the bus and driven to downtown Houston following us!! Once we got to Houston the luggage was unloaded and then we were allowed off the bus We retrieved our luggage and my granddaughter and dad were able to leave after I took a scarf from luggage!! I was leaving to go back to New Orleans on the **:**am bus from Houston arriving in New Orleans at *:** am!! Reservation * **-****-******-M**R-****-HOU-NOL!! While waiting to be picked up from station around *:**am I received a call from my granddaughter's dad that the luggage had some men's clothing and stuff in our bag!! I tried calling customer service from *:**am for several hours and couldn't get through to an agent because of high volume calls. I reported incident to Tony (MEGABUS agent behind the counter at the station in New Orleans)!! All of my granddaughter's clothes, tennis shoes ECT were in the luggage! I had purchased everything for her to return to school!! She was visiting me for the summer! I talked to customer service at least three times to explain!! I was told I needed to email lost and found!! The bag was returned to Mega bus station by her dad and he was able to check for her luggage!! Her dad sent a picture of his luggage and it was just like her luggage but old!! I had just purchases the luggage also! Her luggage could not be found!! Hopefully the man will make a claim with lost and found and we can get luggage with everything still in it!!! I trust that MEGABUS will reimburse me for everything that was lost. Receipts will be sent from merchants for proof off purchase!! I can be reached at ***-***-****.
