i was booked in the **.** on friday the **th october from woolley edge to sunderland. the bus was delayed. I telephoned megabus twice. first time I was told it would be another half hour. It was already ** minutes late at this time. Second call was told it would be another ** minutes late. I waited around * and a half hours, I eventually had to leave. The service area is not set up for waiting. No seats or even anywhere to stand out of the cold. It was a very dangerous place to expect women to stand and wait inevitably for a bus. I was very cold and it has affected my asthma very badly. I booked another bus the following day but had to make my own way to leeds as i could not bear the thought of standing in that services again. I am wanting to book more buses with you for next week so i would appreciate your Customer services team contacting me promptly.* Thank you.* Marina Roddis
