Hello, my name is Isabelle M. My reservation number was **-****-******-M**R-****. I took the bus from Washington DC to Toronto on Wednesday October ** that left at *:** pm. My complaint is that most of the way through the ride the AC was on high making for a cold and uncomfortable trip. A few of the passenger and I asked the driver to turn on the heat, he did but only lasted for about an hour.**Along with this complaint, the bus experienced issues with its engine. We were diverted to Niagara Falls to transfer to another bus which led to arrive one hour late to my destination. Communication from the bus driver would have been helpful.**I would appreciate a refund.
GetHuman-mondenge did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
