The issue in GetHuman-joleesco's own words
Go from charlotte to dc to visit my sick grandmother ... The bus was supposed to leave at **:** and it is *:**am with no notice or updates in tracking. Due to the customer service being closed I could not call to ask. Apparently emails notifications of the delay were sent. I had to learn this from the other waiting passengers. I would like a refund or credit of some sigh to rectify this. Because I do not understand how I never received an email when the other passengers did.
This could be the last time I get to see some of my family and this has been ruined by this excessive delay. In which STILL don’t know what caused it.
Returning the money I spent for this ticket since it seems I will not be able to use it.
I typically use a different bus company. I expected for Megabus to be better than the other companies I’ve used.
I’ve tried calling and the other passengers have sent emails to get no resolution or update
