The issue in GetHuman-lyndaefi's own words
On April ** I made reservation *-****-******-M*R-****-CIN-CHI. THE COST WAS $**.** . Trip date , August **. According to service alerts on your website, the pick up date was changed from Gest Street to two locations. The service alert posted August **, stated the pick up site was moved to Jefferson Street. I was at that site with a number of other people for pick up time of **:** PM. The bus did not stop at that site leaving us stranded. Calls to customer service provided confusing and unsatisfactory answers. Being advised to take the next bus was not workable for me as I was traveling alone and did not want to arrive in Chicago after dark. As a result, my son had to drive a *** mile round trip to Chicago to get me there to hotel accommodations that would not be refunded because of late notification. I was scheduled to leave on an Amtrak Vacations by Rail tour the following day. I am very disappointed in what occurred. In addition, I feel some compensation should be offered for time, expense and inconvenience to us for the drive to Chicago. This was my first experience with Megabus and it was highly unsatisfactory. Please reply.
