I originally was trying to get a ride credit for a trip I missed. Over the past week, I was constantly told a supervisor was not aavailable. Today, I did speak to a supervisor and she was very rude, would not let me speak to a manager and she hung up on me. I was in no way irate or disrespectful. I ride megabus at least once a month. I have an open reservation as I write this complaint. I can't tolerate this treatment and still be a customer. I need this to be addressed to continue patronizing megabus.
