Good evening.* Date of incident: On August **, *****Time of incident: at *:**am*Location of insident: At Boston MA (south station)**The reservation number is *****-****-******-M**R-****-BOS-NEW***The megabus that I booked three tickets with was supposed to leave at *:** am from Boston Ma to New York. I had book this at the last minute due to a friends and family emergency. I ended up leaving until *:** am. What makes me upset is that the megabus driver told the passangers at *:**am that the bus door was broken. If it had been told earlier, I could’ve book tickets for my family and I with another bus company. The guy was very rude and was not answering our questions properly and professionally. I will like a full refund for the inconvenience and the lack of communication. Please advise as soon as possible. Thank you. *We were supposed to get to New York at *:**am and end up getting here not until **:**am.
