The issue in GetHuman-sweethrl's own words
I am writing concerning the fact that my daughter were supposed to take a megabus out of Buffalo New York on August **rd at *:** by *:** p.m. I called megabus to find out where the bus was because it was not there they said that it was departed at ***I said how could it have departed at *:** when it was only *** when I was on the phone with number one supervisor my daughter was in the bathroom having anxiety attacks throwing up from being scared by staying at the station for almost an hour and a *** that she now missed her bus because of the anxiety that your bus company caused I called it when I got back home after getting my daughter cleaned up at the station as we saw the bus pull away to call and speak with * different supervisors in which supposedly they are recorded to be hung up by * of them and yes I did get irate because not * of them could tell me anything different besides the same programmed words that you make them say I was told * different times * o'clock * ** :** * ** * ** and the last person told me *** so with that being said I don't understand how * supervisors can have * different Times and yet nobody can help me all they keep saying is due to the terms and conditions I heard the words terms and conditions about ** times I just want To have my daughters $** refunded for a bus that was an hour and a *** late which caused her to go into a super panic attack and be in the bathroom throwing up and then the bus left or I would like $** credit towards another bus I need this taken care of or I'm taking it to the new station and I would say get to wherever else I have to go Internet **** is a lot different than it was back in the day I want this resolved my daughter should have not had to wait that long and information should have been given to her on why the bus was that late and I should have not gotten * different times of when this bus left how can * supervisors have * different times does not anybody know what time the bus actually laughed because it did not get into Buffalo until after ***I was there to see it because I was walking my daughter out with vomit all over her I would please like an email back on what is going to be taken care of and I would like my $** refunded like I said or $** towards a new ticket I don't care about terms and conditions and to be hung up on by * different supervisors and went all I Wanted was the name of the supervisor And * of them just hung up on me this is not a way to run a business and I cannot believe that I was treated so That this was the way I was treated and my daughter also I would hope that you could do something to save your megabus name for doing such nasty things as your supervisors did.
