I purchased * tickets for my family members ages **, **, and **. I was not aware of the required ** years and older to ride alone policy. The same kids had just ridden mega bus less that * weeks ago alone. To make a long story short they were denied access to entering the bus to go home. This was the only option we had in getting them home before school starts. I called and requested a different date of travel adding an a adult at a discounted price. That was denied as well. I’m hoping I can get some assistance getting this situation cleared up. They still need to get home mpls to Chicago. I have been a loyal customer with mega bus for years and never ran into a problem. I would like to continue to use your company for future trips but the lack of concern and poor customer service i have just received makes me feel robbed!
