Resolution for me & other Detroit passengers is full refund, final destination was not honored by Megabus. Each passenger obtained and incurred additional cost to get to final destinations.

My issue is on Sunday August **, **** my bus from Chicago, IL located onPolk St between Clinton and Canal St left on time *:** pm from Detroit MI. At *:** pm the arrived at the Ann Arbor stop and unload passengers this is the time the Bus Drive realize the problem w*tire on her bus. She made contact with her supervisor which was no real help. Some of the Detroit passengers tried to assist her by searching for a location where she could fix the tire pressure problem. By the time she received assistance from megabus all Detroit passengers made contact with relative or Uber to pick us. I waited * hours before Megabus gave the drive a solution to send a repair person from Toledo, OH. My final stop is Rosa Park Transit in Downtown Detroit which should have been *:** pm and I arrived home **:** pm. My Reservation number **-****-******-MIR-****-CHI-DET for $**.**. * Because the megabus delayed my travel and did not provide the service. Detail the problem you had getting to your final destination. Megabus did not honor the purchase agreement you had with Megabus when you full paid for your transportation. Also explain how long the delays were, arrival tine was *:** pm, how long did it take you to arrive to your final destination.
