The issue in GetHuman-kenlynty's own words
My brother purchased a ticket to leave from New York to Cleveland on Aug. ** at **:**. We got to the scheduled departure location at **th between **th and **th Ave. and by chance was told by one of the luggage staffers that the gate had move to Port Authority. There was no email sent saying the location had been changed. We sprint all the way to Port Authority and when we arrived right at **:** there was no bus. We called customer service and they had no clue whether the bus had ever arrived or if it was late. I spoke to the supervisor Marie and she was very rude and unprofessional in stating that I had to call back in **-** mins to see if the bus had arrived or not, and hung up on me. I called her back to confirm whether she hung up on me and she laughed at me and said there was nothing she could do. I’ve travelled on Megasbus many times but the level of unprofessionalism that was displayed from the lack of email notification on a location change and the rude customer service shown, from a supervisor at that, is very appalling. If this is how you all conduct your business now I will gladly take my money elsewhere and tell other people to do the same. Please pull the recorded conversation I had with a supervisor (around **:**pm) and train your workers to better reflect your company values.
GetHuman-kenlynty did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
