Reservation *:**-****-******-M**R-****-ORL-FOR*Good Afternoon,*On Tuesday, August *, I was scheduled for the *:** pm Orlando to Fort Lauderdale bus trip. The bus about to leave the lot at approximately *:**-**pm, when the driver stops the bus due to one of the passenger being disruptive. After that ordeal, the bus went on . After about ten minutes the bus was stopped again, and the driver was on the phone for a few minutes, the bus started back, and when it stopped again, we were at the lot again, with the driver stating that she felt stressed and another driver was going to take over her spot. Ok, I understand that things might be happening and we are humans. At this time we are already an hour behind schedule. They said the driver was going to be here in ** mins. The driver did not arrive until *:** pm, already * and a hours after schedule. On top of leaving the lot late, my power outlet was not working, and the wifi was not visible, even though i downloaded the app. Now I chose Megabus because I heard that it was more reliable than Greyhound on the bases of being on time and more comfortable seating. I do not want a full refund because I still got to my destination, but I would like a partial refund, namely **-**%.
GetHuman-jevannel did not yet indicate what Megabus should do to make this right.
