I had booked a bus from NYC to Boston scheduled at *:**pm today. I reached the bus station at *:**pm. I know I should arrive ** mins early but the metro train was delayed. The bus was still there but the people said it was full and I was denied boarding. How is it possible to be full when I have a reservation and the bus was still there? What if I was on time and the bus was delayed by ** mins, would you refund me the money? Why is it that the customers always have to suffer? There's no place to even sit and we have to stand in the pavements under the sun while the employees had chairs.*I was allowed to board the *:**pm bus, and they got a $* fee for rescheduling, even though I saw my bus leave in front of my eyes!
