Both I and my husband had a business trip in Mississippi, and everything was okay until we had to leave and go back home to orlando. I booked reservations to leave from Memphis to Orlando on the **rd. The representative book my reservations to leave from Memphis at **:** p.m. on the **rd. My arrival time for Atlanta was set for *:** a.m. on the **rd and my departure time from Atlanta was set for **:** p.m. on the **rd and my arrival time to make it to Orlando was *:** p.m. on the **rd all of my time booked on the same day so when I made it to the bus stop in Atlanta they told me that my tickets were expired and it was due to the error that the representative made. When I bought my son's one way ticket on the **nd I was sure to ask her about the leaving times the specific times between a.m. and p.m. and she was she reassured me that I was going to leave at **:** that night on the **rd. I spent over $*** getting a round trip ticket for me and my husband and one one way ticket for my five-year-old son and I could not get on the bus. Me and my husband had work the next day so we had to miss work due to an error on you guys end. Everyone that I came across was so rude in person and over the phone. My whole trip back home was ruined. My son and I and my husband had to sit in the bus station for * hours with no food nothing to drink and my son was so aggravated everything that could go wrong did. Although we were bought three Greyhound tickets that still did not make up for the money that I lost those tickets actually cheaper than what I paid. I would love it if I could be refunded back my money for those tickets that I bought and to make up for that mental stress that I had to go through for sending in a crowded bus area for * hours with my five year old son with nothing to eat nothing to drink and for putting up with the rude people that I had to put up with from Megabus. **Here is the reservation number for the two * way tickets: *****-****-******-M**R-****-MEM-ATL**Here is the reservation number for the * way ticket: **-****-******-M**R-****-MEM-ATL**Thank you
