I'm just trying to get an answer to a simple question and it appears the GetHuman is not doing anything to help get that answer. ... Simple question: Are meetup.com organizer fees paid in advance, for the next six months, or in arrears, for the preceding six months?**The answer will be either: "in advance" or "in arrears." I just want an answer that will help me with the eventual dissolution of my group when that occurs in the future.
This was especially frustrating because it's a simple question.

If I could call meetup.com I would. But they seem to be trusting their customer support to you. I've written several times. You would not appear to be doing a great job. Can I get an answer to a simple question?
